The job preferences of young people in South Tyrol: needs and expectations

The IRE – Institute for Economic Research of the Chamber of commerce of Bolzano/Bozen has analysed with an innovative approach what young people in South Tyrol expect from their ideal job. The results of this study clearly contradict the prevailing stereotypes of a “lazy” Generation Z with low social skills, an unrealistic view of life and an excessive focus on leisure time.
