Processing of the web services relating to this site takes place at the aforementioned offices of the Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano and is administered by the technical personnel of the office commissioned with this processing, or by those assigned as needed to carry out maintenance.

The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning. The transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not collected in order to relate it to identified data subjects, however it might allow user identification per se after being processed and matched with data held by third parties.
This data category includes IP addresses and/or the domain names of the computers used by any user connecting with this web site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of such requests, the method used for submitting a given request to the server, returned file size, a numerical code relating to server response status (successfully performed, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of extracting anonymous statistical data on use of the site and to check its correct operation. It is immediately deleted after processing. This data might be used to establish liability in cases of computer crimes committed against this website. Apart from this possibility, any data on web contacts is currently retained for no longer than seven days.

The use of session cookies (which are not stored permanently on the user's computer and disappear upon closing the browser) is exclusively limited to the transmission of session ID's – consisting of server-generated random numbers, as necessary to allow secure, effective surfing. OPTIONAL DATA PROVISION
In addition to the specifications made with regard to navigation data, users are free to provide the personal data either to be entered in the application forms submitted to the Office or referred to in contacting the Office to request delivery of information materials and other communications. PROCESSING ARRANGEMENTS
Personal data is processed with automated means for no longer than the time it takes to achieve the purposes for which it has been collected.
Specific security measures are implemented to prevent the data from being lost, used unlawfully and/or inappropriately, and accessed without authorisation. The Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen has adopted the minimum security measures provided for by the law. And basing itself on the most important international standards, has also adopted further security measures to reduce to a minimum risks pertinent to privacy, availability and integrity of the personal data collected and processed.
SHARING, COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF DATA
The data gather might be transferred or communicated for activities strictly related and instrumental to the efficiency of the service, such as management of the IT system, or processing carried out for other companies for the same purpose.
Personal data provided by users are used for the purpose of carrying out the services requested as well as for advertising and promotional publicity and are passed on to third parties only to the extent that it is necessary to provide the services requested.
Apart from these cases the data shall not be passed on or given to anyone unless expressed in the contract or authorised by the individuals concerned. In this sense, personal data could be passed on to third parties, but only and exclusively in the following cases:
1. There is explicit agreement to share the data with third parties;
2. It is necessary to share this information with third parties for the purpose of offering the service requested;
3. It is necessary in order to comply with the requests of the legal or public safety authorities.
No data originating from the web service is disseminated.
DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS
Data subjects are entitled at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed of their contents and origin, verify their accuracy, or else request that such data be supplemented, updated or rectified (Section 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). The above Section also provides for the right for any data that is processed in breach of the law to be deleted, made anonymous or blocked, as well as to object in all cases, on legitimate grounds, to processing of the data.
CHANGES TO THE CURRENT POLICIES ON PRIVACY
The Chamber of Commerce of Bolzano/Bozen periodically checks its policies relating to privacy and security and, where appropriate, reviews them in relation to the regulatory, organisational or prescribed modifications in accordance with technological evolution. In the event of changes to our policies a new version will be printed in this page of the site.
