New distribution key for current contributions from the province for the municipalities of South Tyrol (former per capita quota)

The IER has developed a new model for the distribution of current contributions among the South Tyrolean municipalities (former per capita quota). The model takes into account the financial needs, self-financing capacity and efficiency of the South Tyrolean municipalities.
